Ninth, you need to practice in short enough blocks of time so you don’t lose motivation (20 min is usually a good length). Finally, you need to focus on quantity and speed because it is intensity that generates outstanding results. You should generally devote a minimum of 60 minutes per day to the skill you wish to develop.
