It isn’t easy to be yourself, and the workplace is the first place where this reality becomes evident. We are compelled to play a role in order to hold a position, to defend a brand image that is not necessarily our own—the company’s image. This performance is exhausting because it deprives us of the time during which our authenticity could…

What prevents us from being happy is feeling like victims of our environment and interpreting the ups and downs of everyday life as obstacles to our well-being or our happiness. In itself, this perspective is quite reactive: we respond positively or negatively to what we experience each day. In short, our happiness is largely conditioned by what surrounds us: misadventures…

People usually become jerks because they were victims of abuse when they were young and never managed to recover from it. Still, it is always premature to judge someone without making at least a small effort to put yourself…

The Disappearance Of Death From Our Daily Life Unreasonable life begins the moment death has completely disappeared from our daily life, in such a way that it becomes an alternative reality, turning into a mirage, a vague and ethereal concept. This vision is mistaken and yet, it is massively sustained by popular culture, which is at once youth-oriented, hedonistic, and…

Those who no longer make mistakes are the wise. And what is a sage, if not someone who knows? What separates ordinary people from these persons is nothing other than a quantity of knowledge – often lived directly through experience. One must not lament failures, which are only the materialization of our ignorance One can blame oneself for making mistakes,…
